Remember how we promised no hidden fees?
Here's the part where we make sure you're totally aware of all potential costs...
-With your initial payment, there is an additional $500 Security Deposit. This is returned within 10 business days of your event if there are no damages, excessive cleanup, and the like.
- Like most venues, we require you to purchase an additional day-of event insurance policy. This can be purchased through your home-owners insurance and usually costs around $200.
-If you decide to upgrade to the outdoor dance floor (remember the dreamy twinkle lights overhead--swoon!), the cost is $800 for that element. Details on payments and reimbursements in case of weather are outlined in your contract.
-Our onsite florists are happy to help you with your floral needs. They work in live and permanent flowers. This cost will depend on the flowers chosen. You can request an estimate from them here. You are not required to utilize this service.
